Dr. Ekop Udofia, PT, DPT, PCES
Specialist in Pelvic Health & Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Focused on Women's & Men’s Health, Mercier Therapy and Whole-Body Wellness
Dr. Udofia leads our team with over 15 years of experience and a whole-person approach to care. She specializes in pelvic health, orthopedic rehabilitation, and advanced therapies for both men and women. Her passion is helping patients regain function, confidence, and quality of life.
Dr. Ekop Udofia brings over 15 years of clinical experience and a highly personalized approach to care at Zenox Physical Therapy & Wellness. As a Physical Therapist with advanced training in male pelvic health, Dr. Udofia understands the importance of restoring function, eliminating pain, and helping men regain confidence in their everyday lives.
Initially trained in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Dr. Udofia expanded her expertise to include Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy to address the often-overlooked issues men face—such as pelvic pain, post-surgical recovery, urinary dysfunction, and sexual health challenges. Her commitment to creating a judgment-free, discreet, and professional environment helps male patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns and receiving the focused care they deserve.
Dr. Udofia holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Florida. Her credentials include:
