    We specialize in personalized physical therapy for pelvic health, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, incontinence, and pelvic floor dysfunction. We also provide advanced therapies like myofascial release, dry needling, and pelvic floor strengthening.
  • How do I schedule an appointment with Zenox PT & Wellness?

    Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can contact us directly, use our online booking system, or complete a contact form on our website. For new clients, we offer a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Visit via phone or video.

  • What can I expect during my first visit?

    Your first visit begins with a one-on-one conversation to understand your goals and symptoms, followed by a comprehensive assessment to create a personalized treatment plan.
  • How does Zenox PT & Wellness approach treatment?

    We follow a holistic three-step process: understanding your story, identifying the root cause, and creating a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
  • Do you accept insurance or offer payment plans?

    We strive to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients, treating each one privately and individually. To achieve this level of care, we have opted not to contract with insurance companies. Payment is accepted at the time of service. We accommodate all forms of payment, including flexible spending and health savings accounts. We are pleased to collaborate with each of our patients to determine their individualized plan, including appointment frequency, tailored to their specific needs. 



    That said, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company through your “out of network” benefits. If you are interested, you can obtain information about your coverage by contacting your insurance company and requesting details regarding coverage for “out-of-network physical therapy.” We are also happy to provide you with a superbill, an itemized document that contains the necessary information to submit to your insurance company. Seeking and securing reimbursement for services is the sole responsibility of the patient.



    Our patient care coordination team is available to answer any questions and help you. In this case, you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company based on your “out-of-network” benefits. If this is of interest to you, you can obtain information regarding your coverage by contacting your insurance company and requesting information regarding coverage for “out-of-network physical therapy.” We are also happy to provide you with a superbill (itemized document), which contains the information required to submit to your insurance company.     We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash payments. If you have specific questions about payment, our team is happy to assist.

    Each therapy session typically lasts 50–60 minutes, ensuring personalized and effective care.
  • Do I need a referral from my doctor to start physical therapy?

    No referral is required to begin treatment at Zenox PT & Wellness. You can contact us directly to schedule an appointment.
  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Bring comfortable clothing for movement assessment, a list of symptoms or concerns, and any relevant medical records or imaging reports.
